Job Summary
Responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing all fundraising data management policies and procedures using The Raiser’s Edge system

Education
BA required

Experience
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of increasing experience and responsibility for database and computer support.

Strong computer skills, including 3 to 5 years’ experience with The Raiser’s Edge system, its underlying organization, its capabilities and weaknesses, and its interface with other software. Proficiency with other applications preferred.

Skills
Knowledge of fundraising goals and best practices and how the database supports these goals and influences these practices. Ability to articulate the relationship between data management and effective fundraising is a must.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills are essential.

Proven experience in not-for-profit organizations similar in size and scope to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago is preferred.

Superior writing and organizational skills required.
