CLUB DIRECTOR

Job Summary
Directs/manages overall daily operations of the Club with the primary concern for programs and service delivery, supervision and training of staff, facilities management, community relations, and membership administration.

Education
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience
At least five years experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization planning and supervising activities based on the developmental needs of young people.
At least four years demonstrated experience in personnel supervision, facilities management and retention of personnel.
Experience working with inner-city youth preferred.
