Education
High School diploma or equivalency.

Experience
Background in Child Development and comparable techniques.
This person should be at least 19 years old and possess a variety of experiences working with youth.

Skills
Must be willing to work with youth of ethnically diverse backgrounds.
Have an understanding of developmental characteristics of youth.
Be self-motivated, creative, energetic, and spontaneous.
Good written and verbal communications skills.
