Job Summary
Responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of the programs and services of BGCC. Also will represent Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago in the absence of the Senior Vice President of Operations and the Chief Executive Officer, in all matters related to Program activities with the staff of the BGCC, City of Chicago, State of Illinois, community based organizations and contracting agencies.

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university; Master Degree preferred.

Experience
At least five years of program management experience with a minimum of two-four years supervisory experience.

Skills
Must be detail oriented and highly organized.

Ability to write clearly and concisely as well as to edit copy for clarity and grammatical accuracy.

Proficient with MS Excel, Power Point, Outlook and other applicable applications.
