Job Summary
Develops and implements traditional arts and crafts programming.

Qualifications

Education
Associate’s degree or person working towards a post-secondary education degree with a major in arts education, youth development, or related subject.

Experience
Minimum Two (2) years demonstrated youth development experience.
Demonstrated arts program development and facilitation experience with youth.
Previous social service experience a plus.

Skills
Must possess strong desire to work with youth as evidenced by previous work/volunteer experiences.
Existing knowledge of youth development stages and psycho-social needs.
Organizational and multi-tasking skills a must.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
