Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring safety of members in and around the pool, monitoring swimmers and enforcing all safety rules.

Qualifications

Education
Must possess an American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Certification, Community First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer.

Experience
Must be at least 19 years old.

Skills
Working knowledge of lifesaving techniques including backboard rescue.
Strong swimming and life saving abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with members, supervisors and other employees; ability to remain alert attentive and responsible and to be a team player.
