Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's degree or person working towards a post-secondary education degree with a major in social services, physical education, leisure studies or related subject.

Experience
Minimum Two(2) year's demonstrated youth development experience. Demonstrated program development and facilitation experience with youth ages 13 - 18. Previous social service experience a plus.

Skills

Must possess strong desire to work with youth ages 6 - 18 as evidenced by previous work/volunteer experiences.

Existing knowledge of youth development stages and psycho-social needs.

Organizational and multi-tasking skills a must.

Strong oral and written communications skills.
