Becoming a member of the Club is easy.

1. Find a Club that is near a child’s home, school or your place of employment.
2. Download the membership form. (PDF, 36KB) You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view PDF files.
3. Bring this form and $20 to the Club to get a membership card and the opportunity to make friends, have fun and learn new skills.

Of course, visitors are always welcome to our Clubs for a tour and to meet the staff. Please phone ahead to confirm hours of operation.
