Each year the Woman's Board hosts it’s Summer Ball - a black tie event that attracts more than 500 of Chicago's civic and business leaders. The event is recognized as one of the most outstanding philanthropic events in Chicago, raising in excess of $1 million. The 59th annual 2008 Summer Ball, The Lighthouse Ball, will be Friday, June 6, 2008.
